OUR SERVICES
The vagus nerve runs from the base of the brain down through the neck and into the chest. It is closely tied to the body’s rest-and-digest side — the part of you that finally slows down at the end of a stressful day. Vagus nerve therapy at Beach Wellness Center uses a small, soft neck device called Pulsetto, which sends very gentle pulses to the skin over that nerve while you sit quietly. Sessions are short, usually four to ten minutes.
You sit down and the device rests around the front of your neck like a light collar. Our team sets a programme with you — calm, sleep, or a general reset — and you sit back. The pulses feel like a faint tingle or a soft buzz; most people describe it as oddly pleasant and easy to forget about. Nothing goes into the skin, there are no needles, and you can stop at any moment. Afterwards you carry on with your day as normal.
Guests choose it when they are carrying a lot of tension, when their evenings feel wired rather than restful, or when they want a few settled minutes before a float or after a workout. It is drug-free and non-invasive, and it sits easily alongside anything else on your visit. It is not for everyone: if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electrical device, are pregnant, have had a stroke, or are being treated for a heart or neurological condition, please tell us before you book and we will talk it through with you first.
Guests at our Seminole studio book vagus nerve therapy for:
A few minutes in a chair, and nothing to recover from afterwards. Ask our team to add vagus nerve therapy to your next visit.
A few quiet minutes in a chair. Book vagus nerve therapy on its own, or add it to any visit at Beach Wellness Center.
We are on Park Boulevard in Seminole, a short drive from Largo, Clearwater and St. Petersburg, and we welcome guests from across Pinellas County and Tampa Bay.
